Questions

Do you share or sell my data?

Never. Your data is used only to show your emergency page and text your contacts. The sticker holds just a random code. We don't look up who owns a code, and we don't want to know.

Can I tell if someone opened my details?

Yes. Every scan is logged with its date and time, and whether the person shared their location. Sign in to read your private access log.

Who can see my information?

Only the person who scans your sticker, and only the fields you filled in. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

What do responders see?

Straight away, with no login: your name, date of birth, blood type, allergies, conditions, medication and emergency contacts. Whatever you fill in, they know immediately.

Does the person scanning need an app?

No. The QR code opens in any phone camera or browser, and an NFC phone just taps the sticker.

What if there is no signal?

The scanner's phone needs mobile data to load your details. Always call 911 first, and keep key info on your phone's own emergency screen too.

What do my contacts receive?

A text with a map link to the scanner's location. You get it too if you add your own number.

What if I lose the sticker?

Sign in and mark the tag as lost. Your details stop showing until you reactivate it.

What happens when my year ends?

For 30 days, responders see only your name and contacts. After that, the page shows the tag has expired. Renew any time.

Does SOS Tag replace calling 911?

No. It helps people who find you and the people who love you. Call 911 first.
